We believe in making communities better! We are recruiting an experienced Administrative/Office Assistant with knowledge of the HOME program for IMMEDIATE hire.

We are seeking a detail oriented, dynamic individual with an outgoing friendly personality, who has a strong sense of urgency and follow through, a great work ethic, high intellect and willingness to learn new things. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and work in a team environment. Responsibilities will include receptionist, customer service and administrative duties which may include the following responsibilities and skill sets.

Responsibilities:

- Answering Phones

- Assist with Tenant Re-certifications

- Scheduling rental showings, utility appointments, and inspection appointments

- Tenant Relations: Tenant communications, Collecting rent payments

- Office support for leasing agent, property managers, accounting clerk and owners

- Entering and scheduling work orders

- Maintain office calendar

Knowledge, Abilities, Skill-set Required:

- Computer Skills: MAC and PC skills (word, excel, powerpoint)

- Experience with Yardi preferred

- Customer service, problem solving, organizational, time management

- Demonstrated professional attitude in written and verbal communication

A background in property management is a plus.

  • Driver's License
