Job responsibilities Include

Assist owner with day-to-day business operations

Co-ordinate and manage relationship with vendors and service providers to ensure that all items are invoiced, itemized and paid on time

Manage and update calendars, arrange appointments & meetings

Draft correspondence and sales documents

Take orders, update buying and To-Do Lists

Track office supply inventory, maintain hours logs, help ensure all office needs are attended to in a timely and efficient manner

Assist in special projects as needed


Administrative & office management experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Business tools, etc.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

Meticulous attention to detail and good problem solving skills
