Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Manage and track deals for the team via internal software and Salesforce
  • Market and tenant research, ownership, and sales comparables
  • Work with graphic designer to produce high quality marketing materials
  • Prepare legal documents for purchase and sale agreements
  • Heavy proofing, editing, and review of marketing materials
  • Find and facilitate relationship with 3rd party vendors for marketing materials
  • Arrange all travel arrangements and itineraries for executives

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have real estate experience
