The EFCA national office is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator to administer various human resources systems, programs, processes, and activities for the national office employees of the EFCA.

Start Date: February 1st, 2017

Hours Per Week: 40

Starting Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Benefits: Benefits Eligible

Duties

  • Administer benefits policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate hiring, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and data to assure legal compliance, accurate record keeping, and confidentiality.
  • Act as a resource in areas of employee morale and well-being.

Skills and Education Requirements

  • Alignment with the mission and values of the EFCA.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, and capacity for any pertinent web applications.
  • Demonstrate utmost confidentiality, especially in personnel and financial matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate EFCA policies to employees and outside parties.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Ability to learn and gain competence in ADP HR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong capacity to prioritize and complete varied tasks in a timely manner.
