Position Summary:

This is an hourly position which performs Human Resource related duties at the administrative level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of these functional areas: creating and revising job descriptions, employee relations, training, onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, tracking and maintaining PTO, payroll preparation, benefit administration, track and maintain OSHA and MIOSHA, workers compensation, unemployment, short term disability, data collection and administration, HRIS data entry/metrics/management/reporting, conducting all organizational background checks, coordination of employee events and recognition programs.

A Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field. 3-5 years minimum of proven and successful Human Resource experience required. PHR Certification or equivalent preferred.
