As the Manufacturing Engineering/Production Manager, you will supervise production teams and a small team of skilled manufacturing engineers and create, develop, implement, optimize and maintain production schedules, shop orders, tooling/fixturing, processes, and labor standards for high reliability low volume and high mix of RF active and passive communication products.
Duties include:
Conduct economic analysis on new methods and equipment.
propose, and implement capital equipment for process improvement.
facility layout and design recommendations for methods and process flow improvement.
in failure analysis teams and contribute to resulting solutions.
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams in all facets of work.
product dependent process and flow presentations to customers.
Evaluate, approve and initiate engineering drawings and/or change requests.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years of experience managing a small- to medium-sized team.
Able to develop the professional abilities of the manufacturing engineering group.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
to develop new production processes and methods for the purpose of increasing output or efficiency and reducing costs.
Lean Process design and Demand Flow Technology experience are desired, as well as using the 5S philosophy for improvement in the workplace.
Microwave hybrid “chip and wire” process experience is preferred.
