Responsibilities:

Job Duties Include:

  • Develop strategies to identify doctors in need of Elite’s product offerings through various recruiting tools
  • Conduct discussions with doctors to educate and inform them of Elite’s products
  • Conduct follow-up with prescribing doctors to ensure completion of proper paperwork and effective fitting of products
  • Work with doctors and their staff to ensure quality management procedures are followed and patient satisfaction is a top priority
  • Communicate effectively with Elite staff and management to create and insure a productive and cooperative work environment.
  • Communicate with sales peers and management by developing and sharing “best practices,” and providing accurate, thorough doctor/patient documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads.

Qualifications:

Educational and Experience Qualifications:

  • Must possess ambition and a desire to build a career
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field preferred
  • Licensed DC or DPT preferred with clinical and sales experience
  • Prior experience in service-oriented sales is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
  • Excellent organizational skills, unimpeachable ethics and morals, and a well-groomed appearance
